Why You Should Visit Booth #2607 at the 2021 ARA Show

It’s only a couple of weeks until the 2021 ARA Show kicks off in Las Vegas.

In a previous blog, we told you why you should start (and finish) your trip to Vegas with us.

As we get closer to the show, we’re ready to talk about Booth #2607, the Point of Rental booth, and why you should budget some time to drop by.

Hear Global Director of Marketing Lauren Phillips, Rental Hosting’s Caleb Yell, Media Production Manager Andrew Sherrington, and Marketing Project Manager Lauren Mohorc discuss what’s happening in Vegas here:

If you’d prefer to read about what’s happening, here you go:

Show specials

Whether you’re new to Point of Rental or you’ve been working with us for years, we have discounts for you.

  • New users: 50% off your data conversion (up to $2,500)
  • Current users: 50% off data migration to a SQL server (up to $2,500)

  • 25% off “node” upgrades, which enables fully online payments
  • 25% off web design costs for new Rental Hosting customers
Giveaways

If you can’t make it to our pre-show reception, you’ll probably still be able to get some of our myriad giveaways. We’ve got…baseball caps. Mousepads. Water bottles. Koozies. Sports bags. Lanyards. Pens. Poker Chips. We’ve even got PPE. And whether you’re bringing your kids to the show or you’ll see ‘em when you get back home…we’ve got stuffed animals and an accompanying coloring book to go with ‘em.

Improved booth layout & in-booth entertainment

If you’ve stopped by our booth in previous years, you’re aware that it’s usually busy. In 2020, we added in-booth entertainment, including iPads with videos and a quick VR tour of the office; in 2021, we’ll have an interactive VR trip through a rental process, updated and new videos, an AR experience, and…hopefully you don’t have the time to see all the cool new stuff because our new queueing system will not only allow visitors to get help more quickly, but we’ll be able to text visitors who would prefer to stop by later.

What happens in Vegas might stay in Vegas, but the friendships and connections we build at Booth #2607 can take us anywhere. See you Oct. 17-21!
