Background

Established in Quebec since 1907, Simplex Equipment Rental has provided tools and equipment to rent and buy for more than a century. From a simple floor sander sales business (selling floor sanders invented by founder Louis Henry Véronneau) to the 500+ employee, 40+ location company it is today, Simplex has served the needs of the people of the Montreal area for five generations of Véronneaus.

Challenge

Simplex needed more from their rental software. As one of RER’s Top 50 companies in North America for the last half-decade, Simplex has 41 locations throughout Quebec and eastern Ontario. Their growth, along with the rapidly changing technology in the industry resulted in a search for more powerful rental software – something that would fit their business and allow them to continue growing.
